Pressure | Flow rate | Amp Draw |
0 psi | 0.88 cfm | 7 amps |
10 | 0.50 | 8 |
20 | 0.43 | 8 |
30 | 0.36 | 9 |
40 | 0.30 | 9 |
50 | 0.27 | 9 |
60 | 0.25 | 10 |
70 | 0.24 | 10 |
80 | 0.24 | 10 |
90 | 0.23 | 11 |
100 | 0.22 | 11 |
110 | 0.22 | 10 |
- For this test, flow rate was determined by this calculation:
- (change of pressure) / 14.7 psi * volume of system / time elapsed
- For example, at 10 psi:
- change of pressure = 10 psi
- volume of system = 0.1095 cubic feet
- time elapsed = 9 seconds (0.15 minutes)
- CFM = 10 psi / 14.7 psi * 0.1095 cubic feet / 0.15 minute = 0.50 cfm
- Fill Rate for Number of Clippard tanks (574 ml) to fill from 0 to 110 psi:
- 1 Tank = 34 Seconds
- 2 Tanks = 64 Seconds
- 3 Tanks = 103 Seconds
- 4 Tanks = 140 Seconds
- 5 Tanks = 176 Seconds
